COURSE OVERVIEW
A Bachelor of Environmental Engineering (BEng or BE in Environmental Engineering) is an undergraduate degree program that focuses on providing students with the necessary knowledge and skills to address environmental challenges and issues using engineering principles and techniques. Environmental engineering is an interdisciplinary field that combines elements of civil engineering, chemical engineering, and other engineering disciplines to design and implement solutions for environmental protection, pollution control, and sustainable development.
After completing a Bachelor of Environmental Engineering, graduates can pursue various career paths in environmental consulting firms, government agencies, water and wastewater treatment plants, environmental research organizations, or non-governmental organizations (NGOs) focused on environmental issues.
Moreover, some graduates may choose to further their education by pursuing a Master’s or Ph.D. in Environmental Engineering or related fields to advance their expertise and career prospects or to pursue research and academic positions.
